The new residence complex “Palau Green Village” has been conceived in accordance with Sardinian tradition and architecture. Each apartment has been built with the typical Sardinian stone and is sorrounded by beautiful gardens, which are composed by plants typical of the Mediterranean wood and by granitic wind-shaped rocks of Gallura. Small pedestrian paths sorrounded by vegetation connect the apartments and the swimming-pool. The residence has an exclusive location, just 500 mt away from Palau city centre and its services, just 20 minutes ferry boat trip from the Isle of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes drive from the fashioned “Costa Smeralda”. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away and it overlooks the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The beach is sourrounded by a thick pineweood, the ideal place for picnics and long walks.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY ADDITIONAL COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:
- Weekly forfait Euro 40,00 per person/ week; children 0/3 free; children 3/12 Euro 20,00. It includes electricity, water, gas, bath and bed linen.
- Check-out apartment cleaning Monolocale 2 Euros 40,00, Bilocale 4 Euros 50,00. Cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care to avoid a surcharge of Euros 50,00.
- Comfort Card (09/06-08/09) adults Euros 20,00 per week; children from 6 and less than 12 years old Euros 10,00 per week. It includes 'Beach Set' 1 sun-umbrella, 2 beach towels, 2 deskchairs available to guests for the whole stay; 'Welcome Breakfast' (the package includes: jams, nutella, milk, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits, toasted bread); 'Sports' (pool with swimming lessons for children and aqua-gym); 'Courtesy Kit' (bath amenities); excursions booking and car/motorcycles rental upon payment.
- Refundable damage deposit of Euros 150,00 for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests’s home address.
FACULTATIVE EXTRA SERVICES (on request, when booking):
- Beach service (1 umbrella with two beds): from 15/05 to 14/07 and 1/09 to 20/10 Euro 8,00 per day; other periods Euro 10,00 per day, private beach conventioned with The Saline center (away 5 km);
- Portable Air Conditioning Euros 100,00 per week.
- Beach setfrom 31/03 until 09/06 and from 08/09 until 20/10 Euros 20,00 per apartment.
- Daily Maid Service Monolocale 2 Euros 15,00; Bilocale 4 Euros 20,00; (kitchenette not included)
- Bed Linen hire Euros 10,00 per person, per change; Bath Towels Euros 10,00 per person, per change.
- Baby Cot Euros 35,00 per week, free if provided by guests.

- Pets Small pets are welcome however beach access and public areas are restricted, Euros 30,00 surcharge for extra cleaning.
- Transfers from Olbia Airport or Harbour, Euros 35,00 per person (minimum charge 2 people). Between 10:00pm and 06:00am: 20% surcharge. Surcharge from Golfo Aranci Harbour: Euros 10,00. Fares are intended one way.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays or Tuesdays (SAT/SAT or TUE/TUE or SAT/TUE or TUE/SAT). From 31/03 to 09/06 and from 15/09 to 20/10 free stays with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Please contact the property if your arrival will be after 8 pm. Arrivals after 20 pm without notice penalty of Euro 50,00.
Child Policy
Baby Cot: Euros 35,00 per week, free if provided by guests.
