The Resort Vista Blu Resort is situated just 3km from the town centre of Alghero. It is a very recent development built in a mediterranean style with local stone and cool pastel colours, set in well attended gardens, surrounded by mature olive groves and offering fabulous views towards the sea, the gulf of Alghero and Capo Caccia. Alghero is a popular and thriving Holiday destination with numerous lovely beaches and a beautiful historic town centre full of characteristic shops, restaurants, bars and cafès. The town has a strong Spanish / Catalan element to it's history which is clearly evident in the local dialect, architecture, cuisine and traditions. There's something for everyone in this corner of Sardinia: from archeological sites including Nuraghe Palmavera and the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruju to the National park of Porto Conte and Neptune's Caves. There are vinyards to visit and nature trails to walk. The old Town centre is a hub of activity until the early hours with it's narrow cobbled streets lined with boutiques and restaurants offering some of the best of local cuisine plus some of the best quality wines in Italy. Just outside the town there are also several night clubs and discos.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
EXTRA OBLIGATORY COSTS TO PAY ON ARRIVAL:
Weekly consumption: adults Euro 40,00, children 3 / 12 years not completed Euro 20,00. The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, swimming pool (sunbeds subject to availability)
Final Cleaning: V4 Euro 60,00, V6 Euro 70,00, V8 Euro 80,00. The kitchen must be left clean by the guest, or supplement of Euro 50,00.
COMFORT CARD: (obligatory from 09/06 to 08/09). VILLA 4 Euro 50,00; VILLA 6 Euro 70,00; VILLA 8 Euro 90,00 per apartment /stay.
The card includes: BEACH SET " (1 umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towel per person over the age of 6 for the entire stay); "Welcome Breakfast" (jam, Nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, crackers, cookies), "courtesy kit" (useful for the bathroom); Use of bicycles: subject to availability (it is requested a deposit for use); "WIRELESS AREA"; Organization of excursions, car and bike rental (against payment); free backpack.
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests's home address.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS (on request, when booking):
- change of linen: bed linen Euro 10,00 per person per week, towels Euro 15,00 per person per week;
- beach-set: from 31/03 to 09/06 and from 08/09 to 20/10 Euro 20,00 per apartment (1 sun umbrella, 2 beach towels);
- Internet connection Euro 2.00 per day, Euro 10.00 per week (included for those who buy the card Comfort);
- beach towels: Euro 5,00 per towel;
- Baby Cot: Euro 30.00 per week (free if brought by the customer);
- Extra bed: Euro 70,00 per week;
- Daily cleaning: V4 Euro 20,00; V6 Euro 25,00; V8 Euro 35,00 (kitchen not included);
- Pets: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.
Arrival after 8:00 pm has to be communicated in advance, otherwise we can not guarantee the check-in. If you arrive after office hours, without prior notice, a supplement of 50,00 will be charged.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays or Tuesdays (SAT/SAT or TUE/TUE or SAT/TUE or TUE/SAT). From 31/03 to 16/06 and from 09/09 to 20/10 free stays with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Please contact the property if your arrival will be after 8 pm. Arrivals after 20 pm without notice penalty of Euro 50,00.
From Alghero Fertilia: take the SS 127 and follow signs to downtown. The property is located along the slopes of Mount Carru, just 2 km from the beautiful city of Alghero.
