The village of San Teodoro is mainly composed by residential structures of recent construction. They have been designed in according to the most modern criteria in order to satisfy the needs of tourists.
The different architectural style and the different location of the apartments do not allow a precise description of them. For this reason, within these structures were selected apartments that can guarantee a comfortable stay to customers in any point of view. The apartments are very nice, they are located on the ground floor or first floor, sometimes with private parking space.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Forfait Services (compulsory over 2 years and enterely due for stays of less than a week.) Euro 35.00 pp. a week for assistance, standard utilities and final cleaning;cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied
- Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (cost per week):

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays and/or Wednesdays, and a minimum stay of 3 nights with free arrival and departure for the period from 14/04 to 15/06 and from 08/09 to 13/10.

From Olbia: Take the SS 131 DCN towards Cagliari-Nuoro, until the exit for San Teodoro, SP 1. Follow the signals to San Teodoro. Once in San Teodoro, turn left in Via Nazionale, turn right into Via Gramsci.
