The Ville Coda Cavallo, located in the enchanting Località Capo Coda Cavallo, enjoy a spectacular view over Tavolara island and over La Cinta Beach. They are only 600 mt from the sea and about 7 km from the centre of San Teodoro. The apartments are built in granite and stones and have wooden ceilings; well furnished, they are located on the ground floor with garden, or on the first floor with spacious sheltered veranda equipped with table and chairs to dine in the open, enjoying the amazing scenery; they are then provided with TV, washing machine and rooms with low beds.
Considering the position, it is recommended to have a car, in order to easily reach the surroundings. There is then a shopping centre in the resort of Porto Coda Cavallo or, in the centre of San Teodoro, one finds supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsagent’s, chemist’s, discos and so on. In the town it is also possible to play five-a-side football, tennis, horse-riding, etc, and, on the beach, water sports in general.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards, as well for short stays): Euro 49,00 per person per week; it includes utilities, bed and bathroom linen with weekly change and check-out cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied.
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 per apartment.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request, rates per week)
- Midweek bed or bathroom linen: Euro 7,50 per person per change;
- Bikes rental: Euro 35,00;
- Small pets: allowed on request, Euro 49,00;
- Extra bed: on request, supplement of 10%;
- Baby Cot: Euro 35,00 ( no supplement if brought by the guest; max. 1 per apartment).

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights from 05th May to 15th June and from 08th September to 13rd October; a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only Saturdays and/or Wednesdays in all other seasons.
Coda Cavallo Villas are located in Capo Coda Cavallo, an enchanting resort a few km from San Teodoro.
From Olbia: leave the city and follow the directions to Nuoro on the SS 125. Keep driving for about 20 km and, after Località Lutturai, turn left to Capo Coda Cavallo.
