Lantana Hotel & Residence is a newly built hotel with the latest in modern amenities. The design gives each residence and rooms a view of either the dramatic central pool or the rolling countryside. The warm colours of the sun dominate the architectural and interior design under scoring the Mediterranean style setting.
Guests can choose between accommodation in hotel or residence.
The Hotel consists of 24 double rooms spread over two floors, with patio on the ground floor and terrace on the first floor. The patios and terraces are furnished with comfortable tables and armchairs. The hotel offers a choice of two room types: standard and superior. The second option includes a comfortable living area with couch. A family suite is also available consisting of two connecting rooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds and bathroom. Rooms for non-smokers and disabled guests are also available.
The hotel has a large garden with a children's play area, 9-hole putting green and a swimming pool with solarium equipped with small lounge chairs chairs, tables, sun beds, beach umbrellas and gazebo. Entertainment for children. The hotel restaurant offers regional and Italian cuisine using the finest ingredients. Menus change on a daily basis. There is also a special menu for children. The Snack-Bar is open for lunch and you can taste also hot first courses.
The Nora beach is situated 1000 meters from Lantana Resort and is easily accessible by a free shuttle service. Possibility to rent beach umbrellas and sun beds.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children reduction sharing a room with two adults:
- Baby cot/small bed and breakfast free of charge for children from 0 to 3 years old, extra meals according to consumption;
- Children from 4 to 11 years old Euro 35,00, Euro 45,00 or Euro 55,00 per day depending on the period;
- Extra bed from 12 years old Euro 55,00, Euro 65,00 or Euro 75,00 per day depending on the period.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will be applied:
- No penalties for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in;
- From 29 to 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount;
- From 20 to 15 days before check-in 45% of the total booking amount;
- From 14 to 08 days before check-in 75% of the total booking amount;
- From 7 days before check-in, no show and early departures 100% of the total booking amount.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Compulsory tourist tax to settle on property: Euro 1,00 per day per person from 12 years old (Euro 1,50 in August).
OPTIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST BY BOOKING
- Small pets allowed, except in the pool and common areas: Euro 15,00 per day to settle on property;
- Free shuttle service to the beach.

Lantana Resort is situated in Pula, quiet small town 30 kilometers from Cagliari.
By plane: from Cagliari-Elmas Airport follow directions to Cagliari, take the S.S. 195 and follow directions to Pula. Transfer services to/from the airport is provided on request.
By sea: From Cagliari port follow directions to Pula, take the S.S. 195. At 27 km from state road S.S.195 on the left hand side will be found the first entranceway to the town of Pula, as well as the first sign indicating directions to Lantana Hotel & Residence. Follow all successive signs to reach the hotel.
By car: from the north of the island, take the SS 131 road and a few kilometers before reaching Cagliari, follow the directions to Pula. From downtown Cagliari, head towards the port and get onto the SS 195 road. The first entrance to the town of Pula lies about 27 km from Cagliari, just off the SS 195 road on the left hand side. Continue for 1 km until reaching the bridge, turn left and follow the signs for the Lantana Resort.
