All the apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped to allow the guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The apartments are featured with a spacious terrace, perfect for open-air lunches and dinners.
The property is located in Valledoria in Località La Ciaccia, a community of about 250 people, equipped with all the useful services to enjoy a pleasant holiday. Less than 100 m away, you can find: restaurants, snack-bars, tobacco shops and newsstands, a supermarket, a doctor's office, a church and a playground for children.
Villa Doria is located directly on the downhill leading to the sea, 50 meters from the well kept beach equipped with public car parks, snack-bars and kiosks within walking distance and without crossing any roads. The landscape is of extraordinary effect, especially at sunset, when the sun goes down behind the Asinara island.
2 km from the locality La Ciaccia, there is the town of Valledoria, a larger center provided with every kind of service.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:
- Weekly Forfeit: 30,00 Euro per person per week. This price includes electricity, water, gas, towels and bed linen. It also includes dishclothes, pot holders and shower mat.
- Final cleaning: Two-rooms apartment 40,00 Euro; Three-rooms apartment 50,00 Euro; Four-rooms apartment 60,00 Euro.
- Deposit: Euro 100,00 refundable at departure.
OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to be noticed at booking time):
- Baby cot: 20,00 Euro per week
- Transfer to and from ports and airports: 0,50 Euro (per Km)

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures only on Saturdays or Wednesdays.
From Olbia (85 km):
leave Olbia and drive towards Tempio Pausania, go across Priatu and, after about 20 minutes, you will reach Tempio Pausania and Aggius. Continue for about 3 km towards Valledoria-Castelsardo and, once you get to Valledoria, take the junction for La Ciaccia and continue for about 1.5 km.
From Alghero (75 km):
from the airport follow the signs for Porto Torres. Drive across Porto Torres following the directions for Castelsardo-Santa Teresa. Drive towards Santa Teresa and, about 10 km before Castelsardo, turn right and continue following the directions for Santa Teresa for 15 km. Turn left towards La Muddizza-Valledoria, drive across La Muddizza and, after 1km, turn left and follow the directions for "Prima Guardia"-La Ciaccia for about 1,5 km.
From Porto Torres (45 km):
leave the port and drive across Porto Torres following the directions for Castelsardo-Santa Teresa. Drive towards Santa Teresa and, about 10 km before Castelsardo, turn right and continue following the directions for Santa Teresa for 15 km. Turn left towards La Muddizza-Valledoria, drive across La Muddizza and, after 1km, turn left and follow the directions for "Prima Guardia"-La Ciaccia for about 1,5 km.
