20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults
- Infant from 0 to 3 years: free of charge from 06/04 to 13/07 and from 01/09 to 14/10. In other periods the baby-cot costs Euro 15,00 per day. Only one baby-cot per room allowed;
- Children from 4 to 12 years: reduction of 50% on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The Hotel La Vecchia Fonte rises in Palau, in front of the Archipelago of La Maddalena, a few km from the Costa Smeralda.
For those arriving in Palau after a ferry trip from Genova, Naples or Porto Vecchio (Corsica), it is possible to reach the hotel on foot, thanks to its location just in front of the tourist port.
From Olbia airport or port: take the SS 125 and follow directions to Palau (driving time: 30 minutes).
