The Hotel is located in Porto Ottiolu, a small village north od Budoni, on the coastal road (S.P.1 at Km 3) for Porto Ottiolu and San Teodoro. It is situated in a marvellous area of about 10 hectares, part garden and part Mediterranean flora, that stretches out to the beach of Ottiolu: white fine sand beach about m 400 away from the main building and easily and directly accessible for the guest.
The centre of Ottiolu, with its lively square and lovely port – starting point of the wonderful excursions by boat and meeting place and small centre for night life and shopping - is at walking distance only 800 metres away.
The rooms are equipped with a private entrance and patio on the ground floor and a balcony with tables and chairs on the first floor, they are furnished in classic style and Mediterranean colors that recall the tones of the floor and walls.
Surrounded by gardens and wide open spaces, the hotel has a large swimming pool for adults and children perfect for relaxation and play area for children, private car park, lift, a reading lounge, 24 h reception service, boutique, conditioned public areas, baby feeding area, Meeting Room . The Pool Bar offers a variety of cocktails and a rich assortment of snacks and à la carte restaurant that serves lunch. In the evening guests can relax with a drink at the bar with the background music of the piano bar. The à la carte restaurant with its panoramic terrace offers and dishes of Mediterranean flavors and Sardinian cuisine with theme nights, and available to make gluten-free meals and menus for vegetarians.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 6 years free of charge. Baby cot free of charge, meals not included, according to consumption;
- Children from 7 to 11 years reduction of 50% on adult rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Compulsory Club Card Euro 30,00 per week from 12 years old, Euro 20,00 per week for children 04-11 years old. The Club Card will be calculated proportionately for longer stays.

The Hotel is located in Porto Ottiolu between Budoni and San Teodoro on the northeast coast of Sardinia.
From Olbia and Golfo Aranci: Follow the direction to the south until the junction with the SS 131 to Nuoro/Cagliari, take the first exit, Budoni North. Proceed to Agrustos. At the exit take the first street on the right, which will bring you to the hotel.
From Alghero and Porto Torres: follow the direction to Sassari and continue to Olbia, a few kilometers before Olbia, take the SS 131 direction Nuoro/Cagliari; then follow the directions as above-mentioned.
