Villaggio Baia delle Mimose is located within a long sea bay near the small village of Badesi, at about 150 m from a wide sandy beach easily reachable through internal paths. The property, with its simple design, comprises of small bungalows on one or two floors, surrounded by greenery with typical Mediterranean vegetation. The bungalows, either on the ground or on the first floor have sheltered patio or terrace and they are all furnished in a comfortable way. Baia delle Mimose is a family resort, offering a wealth of entertainment and sport activity programs, facilities include an olympic swimming-pool, a swimming-pool for children (both open from 12/06 till 11/09), minigolf, tennis court, football, beachvolley, a multi-functional court (basket, etc.), playground for children, pin-ball, ping-pong and videogames. Group classes of aerobic, surfing, tennis, canoeing, swimming and bowshooting; evenings to spend in the "piazzetta" with dance and live music.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalties will be applied in case of cancellation:
- Cancellations within 45 days before the arrival 25% penalty;
- Cancellations from 44 to 30 days beforethe arrival 50% penalty;
- Cancellations from 29 to 16 days before the arrival 75% penalty;
- For cancellations from 15 to 0 days before the arrival and in case of no-shows the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Club Card (compulsory from 09/06 to 08/09): Euro 30,00 per person per week, people within 6 years and older than 60 years are free of charge; it includes games and tournaments (football, beach-volley, tennis, cards, etc.); group classes of aerobics, tennis, windsurf, canoeing, swimming, archery; daily children and adults entertainment; use of the swimming pool and of the sports facilities (to be booked in advance: tennis courts, basketball, football, minigolf, ping-pong); free shuttle service to nearby towns, according to a scheduled time and availability (to be booked at the reception, not available at night time). In the evening, games and shows, dances, disco music and piano-bar;
- Weekly Forfait Plus: 30,00 Euro per person per week, children 0-8 years free, children 8-14 years 50% reduction; it includes electricity, water and gas, on-site service, bed linen with weekly change;
- Final cleaning: 40,00 Euro for the Studio-Flat, 45,00 Euro for the Two-Rooms Apartment, 55,00 Euro for the Three-Rooms Apartment. Cleaning of the kitchenette must be made by the customer, otherwise there will be a 30,00 Euro supplement;
- Deposit: Euro 100, 00 refundable at the end of the stay.
OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Beach service: Euro 70,00 per week (1 umbrella and 2 chairs);
- TV rental: Euro 25,00 per week;
- Meal-tickets: Euro 20,00 each.
- Towels-set: Euro 10,00;
- Baby Cot 0-3 years: Euro 20,00 per week (For baby-cot brought by the guest no supplement);
- Cars, motorbikes, bikes rental; Horse-riding nearby;

Optional extras, to be paid on arrival (if requested upon booking, 20% discount from 26/05 to 09/06 and from 15/09 to 29/09; 10% discount from 09/06 to 04/08 and from 18/08 to 01/09):
- Weekly Forfait VIP (in alternative to forfait plus): as well as included in the Formula Plus, it includes three changes of towels during the week (arrival, day 3, day 5), a weekly change of bed linen, daily cleaning (except kitchen): Euro 80 per person per week, children 0/2 years free, children from 2/8 years 80% discount, children 8/14 years 50% discount.
- Convention meals: lunch or dinner adults (7 meals) Euro 126 per person per week, lunch and diner adults (14 meals) Euro 215 per person per week, children 0/2 years free, children 2/8 years 80% reduction, children 8/ 14 years 50% reducton (with meals included 1/2 l water and 1/4 l wine, 2 first courses, 2 second courses with vegetables, plus dessert (fruit or sweet).
- Buffet Breakfast: Euro 5,00 per person per day.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures only on Saturdays from 04/08 to 18/08 and minimum stays of 7 nights with check-in and check-out every day in other periods.
Villaggio Baia delle Mimose is in Località Baia delle Mimose, at 7 Km from the small town of Badesi, 56 Km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and 25 Km from Castelsardo. Badesi is about 85 Km from Olbia port and airport, 100 Km from Golfo Aranci port, 56 Km from Porto Torres port and about 83 Km from Alghero airport.
From Olbia: drive on the SS127 towards Tempio Pausania for about 20 Km. Pass the town of Tempio and of Aggius, drive on the SP74 and follow the directions to Badesi and then to Località Baia delle Mimose.
