The new buildings the Residence La Reggia di Nausicaa e Olimpo, very close to each other, are composed of various residential units on different levels, designed in typical Sardinian style, with refined architecture and attention to detail and refined with good quality materials. In this way, they offer exclusive and comfortable scenery for a funny and relaxing holiday. We are 1 km away from the center of Santa Teresa and 1500 m from the wide and beautiful beach of Rena Bianca, reachable by shuttle bus. The apartments are furnished with taste and great attention to detail. They are arranged on three floors, and each one with a small patio, on the ground floor, or a balcony, on the upper floors.
Santa Teresa di Gallura, an old village with a fishing tradition, is today one of the most important tourist centres of the island. Located in the north-eastern corner of Sardinia, it is worldwide famous for its spectacular coastline and location, in front of the wonderful Archipelago Della Maddalena and the island of Corsica, easily reachable in one-day excursions. The town offers, in addition to natural beauties, excellent accommodation facilities, a modern port with 750 berths for boats of max 35 meters and a vibrant night- and social life, with shops, pubs, discos, restaurants and the possibility of doing lots of sports activities: a particularly suitable town for young people.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 30,00 per person, per week. Price includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen and bath towels.
- Check out cleaning: Euro 55,00 Two-rooms apart., Euro 60,00 Three-rooms apart. per apartment, Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer, otherwise supplement of Euro 30,00.
- Club Card: Euro 20,00 per person, per week. The card includes use of the swimming pool, shuttle service to/from the beach at fixed times, discounts for trips and shops.
- Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)
- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week on request by booking. For baby-cot brought by the guest no supplement
