Villaggio Residence Porto Corallo is situated in a natural painting of exceptional beauty, on the South-East coast of Sardinia, North of Costa Rei. It is framed by green and beautiful nature, directly on the sea. Sandy beaches and small bays are the ideal ingredients for an unforgettable vacation. The residence, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, is composed of ground-floor apartments with small gardens or terrace, and first-floor apartments with balcony and panoramic view. All apartments are fine furnished and equipped with kitchenette and bath-room. On request it is possible to get barbecue. In ca. 50–150 meters you can find small bays with rocks and stones. The large beach with fine sand is far away from the apartments from 300 meters and ca 400-600 meters from Villas (maximum 900 meters for four-rooms apartment). Services and sports: bar, restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket and several shops, sports centre and beach services with beach bar, sunshades and beach-beds; swimming-pool, 5-a-side soccer, tennis, pedal boats, excursions, water sports, diving centre. A friendly animation group organizes games, sport events, variety and animation for children. Tourist port.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Check-out cleaning: Euro 60,00 for Studio Flat, Euro 65,00 for Two-rooms apartment, Euro 70,00 for Three-rooms apartment, Euro 80,00 for Four-rooms apartment. Kitchenette must be cleaned before leaving, otherwise there will be a supplement of Euro 40,00;
- Consumption: Euro 20,00 per person per week for water, gas, electricity consumption;
- Club Card: Euro 20,00 per person, per week (children 0-4 years excluded ) from 02/06 to 01/09.
- Corallo Card High Season (from 02/06 to 01/09): Euro 20,00 per person and per week (children within 5 years excluded); it includes muscle toning, gymnastics, aerobics, water aerobics, beach volleyball, beach tennis, sports activities and competitions on the beach, kids club, introduction to sailing, snorkeling, swimming, orienteering. Group lessons in windsurfing and canoeing at the Equipped Beach Velasport, nightly entertainment with dancing and baby-dance, theater, piano bar, folk evenings. The Corallo Card owners are entitled to discounts in shops and restaurants;
- Deposit: Euro 150,00 (Euro 250,00 if there are pets) will be refunded at the end of the stay. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests' home address.
OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Corallo Card Low Season (from 26/05 to 02/06 and from 01/09 to 15/09): Euro 18,00 per person per week (children within 5 years old excluded); it includes umbrella and beach beds (subject to availability ), canoe and pedal boat at fixed times, gymnastics, sports on the beach, evening entertainment. The Corallo Card owners are entitled to discounts in shops and restaurants;
- Baby cot (to be requested at time of booking): Euro 50,00 per week;
- Bed-linen and bath towels (to be requested at time of booking): Euro 22,00 per person per set. Table linen are not provided and are not for rent;
- Air conditioning (to be requested at time of booking and subject to availability): it consists on portable air conditioner system, Euro 80,00 per week;
- Midweek cleaning: Euro 40,00 for Studio Flat and Two-rooms apartment, Euro 50,00 for Three-rooms apartment and Four-rooms apartment;
- TV (to be requested at time of booking): Euro 50,00 per week (subject to availability);
- Surcharge Two-rooms apartment and Three-rooms apartment in villa: Euro 120,00 per week (on request at time of booking);
- Surcharge Two-rooms apartment (55 mq) and Three-rooms apartment (75 mq) in villa with TV-Sat and washing-machine: Euro 230,00 per week (on request at time of booking);
- Surcharge Two-rooms apartment and Three-rooms apartment in Villa Resort with TV-SAT, air conditioning and washing-machine: Euro 310,00 per week (on request at time of booking);
- Pets: small pets admitted on request, to be reported at the time of booking, Euro 50,00 for each one;
- Taxi service from/to the airport (for information please ask to residence reception).

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday. Daily arrivals (on request) for the period 31/03-26/05 and 15/09-03/11. Arrivals also Wednesday-Wednesday (on request) for Two-rooms and Three-rooms apartments (except from 28/07 to 15/09).
Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be notified in advance. For arrivals after 20.00 o’clock, there will be a 25,00 Euro supplement; for arrivals after 24.00 o’clock, a 50,00 Euro supplement.
Villaggio Residence Porto Corallo is located in Località Porto Corallo, in Villaputzu.
From Cagliari: SS 125 in direction Muravera, once in Villaputzu, take exit to Porto Corallo to the right side.
From Olbia: take the SS 131 Dcm (direction Nuoro), then take the SS 389 (direction Lanusei); take the new SS 125 in direction Cagliari, once in Villaputzu, take exit to Porto Corallo.
From Arbatax: SS 125 in direction Cagliari, follow the sign road for Villaputzu; once in Villaputzu, take exit to Porto Corallo.
