The residential complex, at about 2000 metres of distance from Isola Rossa, is located on a panoramic line coast which overlooks the Gulf of Asinara, immersed in the green of the maquis. Along its coastline you can find wonderful beaches of white sand, crystal clear waters framed by red rocks. The residence consists of a series of terraced apartments which are 1900 metres away from the seaside "Marinedda" and 2000 metres from the seaside of Isola Rossa, important bathing centre of Gallura. The usefully furnished apartments are on the ground floor with garden / patio or on the first floor with veranda. All the apartments have a car park. Next to the residence you can find “Aquafantasy”, the aquatic park.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 35,00 per person from 3 years old. It includes reception, electricity, water, gas consumptions and assistance;
- Check-out cleaning: Two-rooms apartment Euro 55,00, Thre-rooms apartment Euro 60,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer otherwise supplement of Euro 30,00 per apartment;
- Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment; refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by post or by bank transfer.
OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at booking time)
- Extra Linen: for double bed Euro 12,00, for single bed Euro 10,00; towels Euro 10,00 per person/change. Kitchen linen not available;
- Small pets: allowed with supplement of Euro 50,00 on the check-out cleaning rate;
- Baby cot 1-3 years old: Euro 30,00 per week (no supplement if brought by the guest, max 1 per apartment);
- TV-Hire: Euro 26,00 per week;
- Washing-machine-Hire: Euro 35,00 per week;
- Air conditioning: Euro 50,00 per week.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 2 nights and allows check-in and check-out every day from 01/01 to 16/06 and from 08/09 to 31/12. It requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures only on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in other periods.
The apartments will be delivered from 17.00 o'clock.
Reception: from 09.00 to 21.00. Late arrivals must be notified in advance, otherwise non-delivery of the apartment. For arrivals after 10.00 p.m., there will be a 7,00 Euro penalty per hour.
Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola is located in the province of Olbia-Tempio in the north east of the island, known for the beauty of its coast culminating in the places of Isola Rossa and Costa Paradiso. Situated midway between Alghero and Olbia, Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola is easily reachable from two airports: - From Olbia take the SS127 towards Tempio Pausania and continue along the SP74 towards the coast - From Alghero take the SS127bis direction Sassari and continue along the SS672 towards Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola.
