A casserole of sheep meat broth with bread and pecorino cheese, malloreddus (small gnocchi) with fennel flavoured pork sausage and pecorino cheese and last but not least the suckling pig, typically known as "Su Porcheddu" that can be tasted in any farmhouse. Finally, you cannot finish your meal without, difficult to pronounce, tiricche with honey, some papassini with almonds and sultana or seadas, a pasty filled with warm sweet cheese and served with honey.
