Casa Turriga is situated in locality Torre del Pozzo (Torre Su Puttu), a seaside resort near the village of Cuglieri, in the province of Oristano. This place is named after a typical Spanish watch-tower and a natural well, both located on its promontory, which overlooks the sea. A short distance from the house, it is possible to visit S’Archittu, a calcareous arch shaped by waves, which appears as a tunnel seven meters high and ten meters deep, definitely one of the most magnificent natural monument on the western coast. It is the biggest rocky arch in Sardinia and has been declared a natural monument by UNESCO.
Casa Turriga is an independent apartment on one floor, and is located about 150 meters from the sea. It is composed of living room with fireplace, kitchen, twin bedroom, double bedroom, single bedroom, shower bathroom, patio, veranda, private parking, and features air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher.

Payment Policy
30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- until 46 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- from 45 to 30 days before the arrival date: 25% penalty;
- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
- from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date: 80% penalty;
- no-show and early departure: 100% penalty.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Deposit: Euro 150,00, to pay on arrival by cash or cheque;
- Weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas consumptions: Euro 13,00 per person;
- Final cleaning: Euro 95,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Bed linen and bath towels, not included in house rental: Euro 19,00 per person per week;
- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Small pets, on request: Euro 35,00 for extra cleaning.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day until June and from September. Arrivals and departures on Saturday in July and August. Less than one week stays on request.
Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time is by 10.00 o'clock.

Casa Turriga is located on the western coast of Sardinia, near the natural monument of S'Archittu, about 87 kilometers from Alghero airport.
From Alghero: drive on the coastal road towards Bosa-Oristano.
From Cagliari: take the SS 131 and drive for about 100 kmtowards Oristano and, afterwards, turn to SP292 towards S'Archittu.
