Arrival and departure times

Important information

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that check-in takes place at the Kase Vacanza agency, located in Via G.B Decandia. Staff will then show you to your apartment. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Towels are charged EUR 10 per person per stay. Bed linen is charged EUR 10 per person per stay. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed of late arrival, a surcharge may apply. License number: E2117

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 4.50 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
