On the east coast of Sardinia and surrounded of 20 hectares of nature, Porto Ottiolu Resort offers modern, self-catering accommodation with kitchenette and a private patio or terrace. The apartments are between 50 and 800 metres from the white sandy beach.

San Teodoro is 4 km away. A wide range of sports facilities, a football pitch, 3 tennis courts, beach volleyball, and a scuba-diving centre are available in town. You can even rent sailing and motor boats.

Free WiFi is available at reception. The surroundings include a total of 5 restaurants and pizzerias plus 3 supermarkets, if you prefer to cook your own meal. You can enjoy a drink at the piano bars on the marina or at one of the other pubs or American bars.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

People 3 years old and over stay for € 8 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
