Please inform Porto Ottiolu Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.For checkouts outside the office hours, the refund of the deposit will be made within three days of departure by bank transfer and expenses and money deposits will be withheld.

Please note that city tax and service fees will be paid at the arrival. Bed linen included in the 1st supply; bathroom linen on request at €. 10 per person per week. Please note that cleaning the kitchenette, fridge and dishes is the responsibility of the user of the apartment.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5 EUR per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos.
