Important information

Please inform Villetta Turagri in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.

Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site.

Check-in takes place at Piazza Sardegna 18, Costa Rei. Early check-in and late check-out are on request and at a surcharge. Please note that electricity consumption is charged at EUR 0.30 per kWh. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided.

Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 10 per person Towels: 10 per person

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 4 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

People 3 years old and over stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
