The planning and construction of the complex, whose architecture and furnishing reflect the sober and essential style of the finest traditions of the island, were inspired by the concept of space and comfort so as to offer the guest a stay of the highest level of relaxation and well-being.

With its 27 apartments, arranged in a semi-circle around the pool and the central building, which is near the bar and the reception, there are various living solutions: two-rooms or three-rooms apartments, sleeping from 2 to 6 persons.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellations made until 30 days before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made 14 to 7 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made 6 to 3 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made from 2 days before check-in will be charged in full (100%).

RATES INCLUDE:

- Apartment rental and consumptions (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning/heating);

- Use of the swimming pool for adults and children, sunbeds and sun umbrellas (subject to availability);

- Use of the children's playground;

- Wi-Fi connection;

- External parking;

- Weekly cleaning of the apartment, excluding kitchen, cutlery, dishes and pans;

- Linen and towels change: bed linen every 7 days; towels every 3-4 days;

- Beach towels (only for Villa);

- Baby cot (to request booking time) only for Villa;

- Baby high chair (to request booking time) only for Villa;

- Transfer to and from Arbatax airport and port (to request booking time).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 250,00 (Euro 300,00 for the Villa) to settle (cash payment) upon arrival for any damage or misuse in the apartment and refundable at the end of the stay.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Laundrette: Euro 6,00 per wash, including washing powder;

- Extra cleaning of the apartment: Euro 70,00 for the Two-rooms Apartment, Euro 85,00 for the Three-rooms Apartment, Euro 95,00 for the Villa;

- Extra linen and towels change: Towels set Euro 8,00 per person; Bed linen set Euro 8,00 per person;

- Garage (to request booking time): Euro 8,00 per day for cars; Euro 5,00 per day for motorbikes;

- Bike rental: Euro 5,00 per day;

- Beach towels rental: Euro 5,00 per week;

- Extra bed (double sofa-bed for 2 people in the living room): Euro 30,00 per day;

- Baby cot + High chair (to request booking time): Euro 35,00 per week

- Pets: not allowed.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Check-in is from 05.00 pm to 21.30 pm. Arrivals at different times must be communicated in advance.

Check-out is by 10.00 am.

Borgo degli Ulivi Residence: Location & directions

The Residence Borgo degli Ulivi is located in Arbatax, on the eastern coast of Sardinia.

To reach the residence leaving from Olbia, follow the directions to Sassari-Cagliari and, after about 2/3 km of single lane coastal road, you will find directions to Nuoro. Turn to Nuoro and drive on the expressway to San Teodoro-Nuoro. After about 60 km, you will reach the industrial area of Nuoro. Pay attention here and follow the directions to Nuoro, on the right.

Once in Nuoro, follow the directions to the hospital and then to Lanusei-Arbatax (there is a 1 km long tunnel). Keep driving on the expressway until you reach the crossroads to Villagrande Strisaili, which you will find on your left, in front of a little "Esso" service station, after about 40 minutes of driving from Nuoro. Go through S. Barbara wood and, once arrived at the crossroads to Villagrande Strisaili, keep driving towards Tortolì.

Once in Tortolì, drive towards Arbatax and after the population centre, turn right after the chemist's; after about 300 m you will find the residence on your left.
