This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 24 Sept 2023 until Sun 16 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 23:00. Late check-in fee: EUR 40 from 20:00 until 21:00; EUR 50 from 21:00 until 22:00; EUR 60 from 22:00 until 23:00.
