Please inform Al Relax in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals from 23:30 until 00:30. It is not possible to check-in after 00:30. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Children and extra bed policy

Children ages 10 and older are allowed. Children 10 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 11 years old to 17 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an existing bed.
