Important information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Bellosguardo 3, 8 - Klodge in advance of your expected arrival time.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card.

You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 20:00 to 23:00.

After this time, a surcharge of EUR 60 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen double bed EUR 30 per kit; Bed linen single bed EUR 15 per kit.
