Arrival and departure times

Important information

Please inform Casa Bellavista in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.

Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site for EUR 20 per person. Electricity is not included.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 8 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 13 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
