Important information

Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 23:00 costs EUR 40. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 60 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent them on site for an additional charge for the double bed kit, EUR 30, single bed kit, EUR 15 and towels you can rent on site for an additional charge of EUR 10 per person per stay.

Please note that check-in takes place at the Klodge reception located near the Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport - Via Pescara 11, Olbia. which is 8.6 mi away from the apartment. Guests must sign the property rental contract during check-in.

Electricity consumption is included up to a maximum of 120 kW per week. Additional kilowatts will cost €0.50 each.
