Set 200 metres from the sandy beach in Stella di Mare and 8 km from central Quartu Sant'Elena, Casa Stella Di Mare offers an outdoor gazebo with table and chairs. Cagliari is a 25-minute drive away. The house has 2 levels and features a living/dining area with kitchen, sofa, fireplace.

There are 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and another 2 double bedrooms plus a sofa bed on the top level. An external shower with hot water is also available. Water is heated via solar panels and the bedrooms are air conditioned.

There are restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy approximately 300 metres form the house. Less than a 10-minute walk away there is a market. A bus to/from Cagliari stops 300 metres from the house. For any further information the owner lives in the house next door.

Important information

Please inform Casa Stella Di Madel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer.

This will not be refundable and should be paid within 1 week following booking. Heating and electricity are not included and are charged EUR 15 per person per week. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 1 year old to 6 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
