Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that full payment is required at check-in. For the apartments you can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at a surcharge of EUR 20 per person per week. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours until 00.00h, and EUR 70 after 00.00h.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that access to the swimming pool is available for apartments only. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 09:00 until 13.30 and from 15.00 to 21.00 daily.
Please note that the swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 31. Children younger than 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Air conditioning is not included and optional in the apartments' rates and comes at extra charge EUR 10 per day or EUR 50 per week.
