Description
La Contessa offers independent apartments set around the town of Santa Teresa Gallura, overlooking Corsica, on Sardinia's most northern tip. Rena Bianca beach is around 5 minutes' walk away. Apartments at La Contessa have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and a balcony.
There is a shared laundry room and a games room for children. Parking is free in the area surrounding the apartments and the town centre is between 300 and 500 metres away. Parasols are available for the beach.
There is a changing room with shower which you can use if you arrive before your apartment is ready or on your day of departure. Ferries to Corsica leave from the port 5 minutes' drive away. The town of Palau is about 30 minutes away by car, for boat trips to La Maddalena Archipelago and ferries to Italy's mainland.

Please inform La Contessa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that final cleaning in the apartments is included. Extra charges are available at an additional cost. Please note that bed linen and towels are changed weekly. A surcharge of 50 EUR applies for arrivals after 10pm.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
