Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Standard time of check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00, free of charge via self Check-in. Requests to Check-in with the assistance of a member of staff must be made prior arrival and are subject to the following charges: 50 EUR from 15:00 to 19:00; 80 EUR from 19:00 to 00:00; 150 EUR after 00:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: 10 EUR for single bed including towels; 20 EUR for double bed including towels.
