Please inform Le Tre Querce in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.

Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sat 30 Sept 2023 until Sat 04 May 2024 You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 15 per person per change. Air conditioning costs EUR 6 per day.

Final cleaning, except for the kitchen, is included. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

People no matter the age stay for € 7 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
