Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Mare Azzurro in advance of your expected arrival time.You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 11 Sept 2023 until Sun 09 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival.
This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests are not allowed to check-in after 23:00. Please note that the swimming pool is open from Monday until Saturday, from 09:30 until 13:30 in the morning, from 15:30 until 19:30 in the afternoon.
On Sundays the swimming pool is open from 10:00 until 13:00 in the morning, and from 15:30 until 19:30 in the afternoon. Electricity is charged extra and will be calculated at check-out based on consumption.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
