Important information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please inform Palau Green Village in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. If you don’t call the reception in advance for arrivals after 20:00, the check-in won’t be guaranteed or an extra 50.00 € will be charged for a late check-in.

Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance to receive the KEY BOX code for collecting the key. In case of failure to communicate, check in won't be guaranteed. Electricity, water and gas are included.

One set of bed linens and towels (bed linens and towels are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights) is included" WiFi is free up to 150 MB per person per day. The cleaning fee does not include the kitchenette area.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

People no matter the age stay for € 24 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
