The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests who book it. It consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, utility room and 3 bedrooms (2 triples and 1 double) with 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

However, the number of bedrooms and related bathrooms actually made available varies depending on the number of guests for whom the reservation is made. Specifically: (a) 2-3 guests = 1 room (triple) with 1 bathroom; b) 4-6 guests = 2 rooms (triples) with 2 bathrooms; (c) 7-8 guests = 3 rooms (2 triples, 1 double) with 3 bathrooms.
