Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 07 Dec 2023 until Fri 19 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. The rate includes the use of water, gas, electricity, bed linen and air conditioning. WiFi is free up to 150 MB per person.
Please note that the cleaning fee does not include the kitchen area. Pets are not allowed in public areas and on the beach. An additional cost will be charged for extra cleaning. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours which have not been confirmed. All units are either on the ground or first floor, with a furnished patio or balcony. They all include air conditioning and a parasol.
Bed linen is included. Bath towels are available at an extra cost.
Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.People no matter the age stay for € 22 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
