This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 15 Sept 2023 until Sat 15 Jun 2024 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 15 Sept 2024 until Sun 15 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival.

This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after 22:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests must wear swimming caps in the pool.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for € 7.20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
