Please inform Residence Rena Majore in advance of your expected arrival time.You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 10 Sept 2023 until Sat 15 Jun 2024 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 18 Dec 2023 until Thu 19 Dec 2024 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 15 Jun 2024 until Mon 30 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note electricity, water and gas come at an extra cost. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of EUR 20 per person per week.
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 21:00 until 23.00. A surcharge of EUR 45 applies for arrivals after 23:00 until 00.00. A surcharge of EUR 70 applies for arrivals after 00:00 until 02.00.
Arrivals after 02.00 are not permitted. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the pool is available upon request at an additional charge of 40 EUR per week.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
