The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The standard check-in time is from 15:00 to 00:00, free of charge via self check-in. A request for in-person check-in must be agreed upon before arrival with an additional fee. Linen is optional and can be provided upon request, with at least a 5-hour notice from the check-in time at a cost of: 10 EUR for a single bed + towels, 20 EUR for a double bed + towels. Pets are allowed for a fee of 100 EUR. Before arrival, guests must provide a copy of their passport or ID via email or WhatsApp. Upon arrival, you will receive a rental contract that must be signed and returned to the property. If you do not receive the contract in time, you should contact the agency managing the property at the number indicated on the booking confirmation. The property may also require proof of residence.
