Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 20:00–22:00 and a surcharge of EUR 50 for arrivals from 22:00–00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in even if paying the surcharge is 00:00.
