Arrival and departure times

Important information

Please inform Terrazze di Chia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.

Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 30 EUR applies for arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 and after 23:00 applies a surcharge of 50 EUR check-in hours.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds.
