Important information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villa Azul by Klodge in advance of your expected arrival time.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff.

Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.

If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card.

You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 23:00 costs EUR 60.

After this time, a surcharge of EUR 55 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at extra cost

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 35 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
