Offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea from a covered patio, Villa Unica - Appartamenti Alba e Tramonto is an independent house on the quiet hill of Tinnari in Sardinia. It features an outdoor dining area and a sea view, In the Villa there are two apartments: one with 2 separated bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an equipped patio with sea view, on the ground floor.
The second apartment on the first floor has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an equipped terrace with sea view, Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés can be found in Isola Rossa, about 3 km away.
The natural thermal resort of Casteldoria is about 20 km away. Upon request, staff can arrange a shuttle service to and from Alghero, Cagliari and Olbia, or from the ports and airports. Excursions can also be organised for you.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Time and place of check-in will be organized before arrival. Bed sheets and towels not included: on request they can be rented. The Villa has two apartments: a 2-bedrooms apartments on the ground floor, a 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor.
