This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Sa Perda 21 - Free wifi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Standard check-in time from 3pm to 12am, FREE via Self Check-in Check-in requests with the assistance of a staff member must be made prior to arrival and are subject to the following charges: From 3pm to 7pm - €50.00 From 7.00pm to 12.00am - €80.00 After 00:00 - €150.00 The cost of the linen package can be offered on request, at least 5 hours before arrival at the cost of: €10.00 single set and bath towels €20.00 double set and bath towels All guests are asked to produce a copy of their passport or identity card via email prior to arrival. The property may require proof of the guest's address. Please note that all children up to two years old must be placed in a cot. Guests can bring their own or otherwise one will be provided at an additional cost of 30 Euros per stay, subject to availability and advance request. Animals €100.00 per stay each During your stay please observe the rules for daily separate waste collection. Upon check-out, waste must be deposited at the specified collection point, otherwise a disposal fee of 50 Euros more will be applied which will automatically be deducted from the security deposit.
